BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE (THE “SITE”) OR OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. Overview
The Site (https://bringjoyhome.com) is operated by Bring Joy Home (hereinafter “BJH”). Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BJH. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and BJH, a company duly organized and validly existing. This Agreement annuls and voids all previous agreements.

Section 1 – General Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.

Section 2 – Creating an Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You acknowledge that BJH is not responsible for third-party access to your account resulting from misappropriation. You agree to provide factual, current, and complete information.

Section 3 – Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or transmit. You agree not to use BJH’s Services to:

Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.

Infringe upon any patent, trademark, or proprietary rights.

Transmit software viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

"Stalk" or otherwise harass another individual.

Section 4 – Indemnity
You agree to insure and hold Bring Joy Home, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and employees blameless for any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

Section 5 – Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. BJH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Bring Joy Home shall not be liable for any punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All BJH trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Bring Joy Home. You agree not to use or display these marks without our prior written consent. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our agent at jamie@bringjoyhome.com.

Section 7 – Choice of Law and Forum
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be filed within the courts having jurisdiction within the County of USA, Colorado.
